Yes there was a conflict because nikky didn't want to go to his grandmothers house and he wasn't very happy about it cause it was boring. Later that day he found a raft apretty soon evreyday he went down tothe dock to play with the raft and he starde drawing animals started to like his grandmas house.
In the begining Nicky did not want to go to his grandma's house. In the middle he finds a raft that had different animals drawn on it. The raft changes ever thing now he does want to be at his grandma's.He and his grandma had fun with the raft. At the end Nicky goes one more ride on the raft. When he is on the raft he sees a doe and it's fawn. The fawn gets stuck in the mud. Then Nicky gets closer and helps the fawn get out. Then he draws the fawn on the raft.
Nicky was sad because he wonted to go with his dad and Nicky didnt want to go to his grandmas but when diner came he saw his grandmas carving.In the midell of the story Nicky went fishing and found the raft then animals started coming to the raft he never rode a raft then he started having fun.At the end then Nicky sketched a bird Nicky didnt want to leve his grandmas.
At first was not happy because Nicky had to go to his grandma's house. When Nicky found the raft he was happy. When he drew pictures of animals that landed on the raft he was even happier then he was before. Now Nicky liked it at his grandma's house. There was a promblem it was that Nicky didn't like to go to his grandma's house.
Yes there is a conflict. The conflict is Nicky didn't want to go to his grandma's house because their was nothing to do and nodody to hang out with, but then as soon as Nicky found the raft he changed. Nicky found out that the raft calmed animals down. Sometimes he and his grandma went out to the river and went for a little swim. On the last day that he got to stay at his grandma's house he saw a fawn struguling, he went up to the fawn and picked it up from the mud, then caried back to its mother, then drew a sketch of the fawn with its mother. Nicky was having tons of fun at grandma's house.
THe confflik was that Nicky dident want to stay with his grandma because he dident want to be bord.Nicky wasent happy because his dad said that his grandma wasn't normal. At the end he got happy and serprised because he fond the raft.
