BUTTERFLIES!

Today we got to see three of the butterflies come out it was pretty cool but we did not really get to see all the butterflies come out.  We got to see one of them come out .  Braden

Today was awesome!!! We actually saw a butterfly hatch out of its chrysalis. It was exciting to see it because it was on the ground when it hatched. It was a good experience to see the butterfly in action. Another thing, :note to self if I ever to come back to earth as butterfly, DO NOT FALL!!!  Marina

Some of us got to watch the butterflies come out. We did not see all the wings come out, we saw part of the wing come out at a time. Mrs. Cook put some sugar water where the butterflies are. We caught the butterfly coming out of its chrysalis. Mrs. Cook got some photos of it coming out. It was really cool to watch. More keep coming out of there chrysalis. Mrs. Cook is still videotaping the butterflies. There are only three butterflies have come out. The butterflies are waiting for their wings to dry. It is really cool to watch them come out of there chrysalis. Allyson       

We watched one hatch and it was AWESOME and Mrs. Cook took a picture of it. We saw one that on the ground so it was having a little trouble getting the chrysalis off of him. The butterflies had red stuff on them. Some are still in their chrysalis. They are wiggling so we think more are coming out. Some are VERY COOL.  They have eyes on them like a moth. Then it has two antennas on its head and it has thorax on it. We looked at the tongue. It was folding it up and it was AWESOME.  Mrs. Cook is trying to put it on a video and then put it on YouTube.  Mrs. Ludens got butterfly “juice” on her.  She made a mean face to her own self. It was funny. We are still trying to catch them coming out of the chrysalis. We are trying to take video of them.  Joe and Zedekiah
